Death inside of an abandoned hospital on Staten Island. And we understand that this is a place, a hangout that attracts many teenagers. Eyewitness News Reporter Kristin Thorne joins us live from new brighton with more on this story. Kristin. Michelle. Police have identify the victim as 16yearold Marcus Castillo. They say he was inside this abandoned hospital complex yesterday afternoon suffered serious head trauma after a sevenstory fall. This happened around 4 30 yesterday. Police say castillo was inside this complex, hanging out with friends when he apparently, shaft. Inspectors were back on the scene today. Thats some of the video were they arrived back here this morning at this abandoned complex on castleton avenue. Investigators say ca stillo was playing inside with his friends shaft. Suffered severe head trauma. The 17acre property used to be Staten Island hospital but has been abandoned for decades. People who live nearby say its a popular hangout for kids. Singing and dancing turned into chaos and carnage possibly 100 People Killed saturday morning. More than 400 others injured. A result of two suicide bombings.
