(VOVWORLD) -The 10th National External Information Service Award was launched in Hanoi on Thursday to honor practitioners and promote Vietnam land and people to the world. Organizers are the Steering Committee for External Information Service, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information and Education, and Vietnam Television.
