Around 4 00 this morning, when this accident happened, west 580 at versus ceo, the big rig overturned and right there, the trailer ended up in the eastbound direction. Now, the westbound commute most of the lanes are now open but it is still backed up through the Altamont Pass and the chp hasnt issued an estimate as to when they hope to have this trailer cleared from lanes.
