College and Career Readiness among High School Students has become the centerpiece of change and advancement. We must aim to reduce our High School Dropout rate a 10 by 2017. Through the third grade gate we should also work to document a 20 increase in literacy attainment for the third thirdgrade students by 2017. Opinion. So overtime the judges begin to think these cases are trivial. They cannot imagine what discrimination is because they are constantly dismissing the cases.
