The United Action Front of Civil Society, the umbrella platform for organised civil society on issues of governance and democracy, has declared support for the two-day warning strike declared by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC). The strike was declared to protest against the hardship in the country foisted on the masses through the removal of fuel subsidy as announced by President Bola Tinubu in his inaugural speech on May 29.
