The move came after the Commission received a complaint against St. Francis Sevadham located in the Shyampura area under Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh. The complaint alleged that minor children were being forced to eat beef and read the Bible.
Prosecution (media in-charge) Kirti Chouhan said that court awarded four-year imprisonment under Section 13(1)(d) and 13(2) and two-year imprisonment under Section 15 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
