Elias new at midday today elias a man is being treated for injuries after being involved in a shootout with Waterloo Police while attempting to escape by car. Police attempted to stop 24year old Brandon Seeley around three tuesday afternoon. Seeley, who had an arrest warrant, drove at one of the officers, thats when the officer fired at seeleys car.
