Complaints over the sunken tanker off the waters of Oriental Mindoro that leaked oil have finally been filed before the Department of Justice on Tuesday, more than three months since the incident.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) receives criminal complaints against 35 respondents from the Maritime Industry Authority (Marina), the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), and the owners of the MT Princess Empress in relation to the oil spill in Oriental Mindoro.
