Cornelius van der Walt has been hailed as an adventurer and good man by loved ones on social media, who have identified him as the pilot in the fatal Sunday morning balloon crash.
Chayton Wiescholek, 28, Kaitlynn Bartom, 28, Atahan Kiliccote, 24, and pilot Cornelius Van Der Walt, 37, originally from South Africa, all died in the tragedy in Eloy, Arizona.
