Multiple agencies, including the U.S. Coast Guard, the Atlantic City Fire and Police departments, the State Police Marine Services Bureau and the Civil Air Patrol gathered Tuesday at Bader Field to take part in an exercise that simulated a harbor fire and oil spill.
