SALISBURY, N.C. (WBTV) - Across the country and in the nationâs capital on Tuesday, millions are stopping to pay tribute to the memory of those who have lost their lives to COVID-19. In the US that death toll is now at more than 400,000. Two of that number were Johnny and Cathy Peoples of Rowan County.
