Green Day cancel 2021 Asia tour dates in Manila, Singapore, Bangkok and more

Manila promoter MMI Live, Singapore promoter Lushington Entertainments and Live Nation – the promoter in Bangkok, Taiwan and Seoul – announced the cancellation of the band’s shows in the three countries today (January 15). Green Day were due to kick off the Asia tour – already postponed from 2020 – in Manila on March 13, moving onto Taipei on March 16, Bangkok on March 21 and Seoul on March 24. They would then wrap up the tour in Singapore on April 1. Advertisement Both MMI Live and Live Nation said that “while it was not possible to reschedule the tour at this time, the band hopes to see their fans in Asia in the near future.”
