Man convicted of sex crime in military court now charged with making child porn in Michigan

BAY CITY, MI Already a sex offender due to crimes he committed while in the military in another state, a Michigan man is now federally charged with making child pornography by abusing three minors.
Nathaniel A. Tessner, 29, is charged with production of child porn and receipt of child porn from alleged crimes that spanned February 2017 through February 2019. The first charge is normally punishable by 15 to 30 years in prison, though Tessner’s criminal history increases the penalty to 25 to 50 years in prison.
