I dont think they are going to suddenly start invalidating laws on Commerce Clause grounds. I dont think the taxing power is all that important. I guess having fallode this stuff for a long time now i am getting pretty darn cynical about precedent. They follow it when they want to and dont follow it when they dont want it and i think what is really important about the obamacare case is that obamacare has been upheld and 35 Million People are getting insurance.
