Is there any other way to describe what Nathanael and Andrea O’Shea, the owners, winemakers and general managers of Great Frogs Winery in Annapolis, Maryland, went through in 2020?
It’s a location with some Maryland wine history, considering the first vineyard was planted in 1999 with French vinifera such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Chardonnay. For a time it was supplying grapes to other wineries such as Serpent Ridge and the former Frederick Cellars.
