Erika Jayne s ex loses law license, diagnosed with Alzheimer s Wonderwall 11/03/2021 Mark Gray Erika Jayne s estranged husband, Tom Girardi, has been diagnosed with Alzheimer s disease and dementia, a new report states.  The diagnosis, reported by the New York Post s Page Six, was revealed in court documents as part of Tom s brother s efforts to be named the permanent conservator of Tom. Dementia impairs his ability to understand the hearing, Dr. Nathan Lavid, a Long Beach forensic and clinical psychiatrist, wrote in a sworn affidavit. His emotional distress is directly related to his dementia and exacerbated by his confusion. The letter also said the estranged husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika has short-term memory loss, an inability to concentrate and has moderate delusions.
