This week s big questions
Who are this week s bargain buys?
From Darren Barker
Wests Tigers winger Zac Cini (available at centre in Fantasy) is $255k and scored 45 on debut – although that included a try, a try save and two line breaks, stats that he may not get every week – while new Broncos halfback Tyson Gamble scored a solid 43 and costs $269k.
Reece Walsh scored 51 at five-eighth for the Warriors and is still great value at $306k
if he can keep a starting spot when Chanel Harris-Tavita returns to the team (as soon as this weekend).
In short, no absolute guaranteed bargains this week but a few interesting options.
This week s big questions
What is the go with RTS and Walsh? Will they really play the big money man RTS on the wing for the rest of the season or will Walsh spend time in the halves? Either way, is Walsh worth buying?
From Mark Konkers
This question came in before Reece Walsh was named at five-eighth in Tuesday s team lists, which answered the first part of the question. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is named at fullback this week, and he and Walsh may split their time between fullback, five-eighth, and defending on the wing like they did last week.
The upshot is the Warriors are clearly keen to give Walsh some game time this season, and after scoring 45 first up against the Storm he is set to make some quick cash if he can stick around for another five or six matches.

New Home Lot Supply Drops To Cycle Lows According To Zonda

Today, the experts at Zonda, the housing industry’s foremost advisors, released the New Home Lot Supply Index (LSI) for 3Q2020. The New Home LSI, backed by data from Zonda, shows lot supply tightened year-over-year across the United States. The index is a residential real estate indicator based on the number of single-family vacant developed lots and the rate those lots are absorbed.
“Lot inventory reached new lows in the third quarter and unequivocally represents a land sellers’ market,” said Ali Wolf, chief economist at Zonda. “Record low lot supply tells us it won’t be easy to backfill the pipeline in the coming months after the exceptional year for new home sales in 2020.”
