The trial concluded Wednesday after the lawyers for Terrance Shipway, Nathan Dingman and Michelle Weber all three of whom are charged with robbery, while Shipway alone is charged with assault with a weapon and forcible confinement finished their cross-examination of the complainant, Shannon Kelly.

Crown lawyer Jeffrey Costain also entered into evidence a video interview between Stratford police Det. Const. Jonathan Merkley and Weber recorded on April 5 several hours after the alleged assault and robbery occurred and after Weber was arrested by police before concluding his case.
