We begin this morning with the case ainst iconic comedian bill cosby. A pennsylvania judge ruled cosby will have to face a sexual assau charge. And the case against him will move forward. Reporter mary moloney brings us the very latest. The case dates back more than a decade. And it involves Andrea Constand who claims bill cosby drugged and assaulted her in 2004. Initially constand kept quiet. But a year after the alleged assault constand went to police. The prosecutor at the time did not file charges saying there wasnt enough credible and admissible evidence. Cosbys lawyers say the prosecutor made a promise never to criminally charge the comedian. If cosby agreed to testify in constands civil case. He did. And in sworn testimony cosby admitted to giving drugs to some women he wanted to have sex with. Settl
