All3Media International Sends Too Close Around the World
Too Close, a three-part psychological thriller from Snowed-In Productions.
In Europe, new deals have been inked with NPO (Netherlands), YLE (Finland), DR (Denmark), VRT (Flemish Belgium) and Nova TV (Greece and Cyprus), while BBC Studios ANZ has secured rights for Australia and New Zealand. Two pan-territory acquisitions have been secured, with HBO Central Europe signing rights for countries in central Europe and the Balkans, and BBC Studios Asia securing rights across Asia for the BBC First streaming platform.

WARRINGTON shoppers have been sharing their ideas on what could come next for the Debenhams unit in Golden Square. Earlier this year it was announced that Debenhams was to close all branches after online retailer Boohoo acquired the brand in a £55million deal. Stock is currently being sold off at the Warrington branch but when it shuts its doors for good it will create a tricky situation for Golden Square as the retail giant was the centre s anchor tenant . Negotiations are said to be ongoing behind the scenes with Golden Square director Ian Cox saying there is interest in the unit.

Too Close, a British psychological drama starring Emily Watson, is coming to streaming service AMC+ on May 20.
ADVERTISEMENT The full miniseries will be available to view on AMC+ when it premieres. Watson portrays a forensic psychiatrist who is assessing a woman accused of a horrific crime.
The show will explore the duo s relationship and how Watson s character falls victim to manipulation.
Denise Gough and Thalissa Teixeira also star. Bruce Goodison (Born to Kill, Doctor Foster) is directing.
Clara Salaman penned Too Close, which is based on her novel of the same name that was published under the pseudonym Natalie Daniels.

ITV s gripping new drama Too Close has really got TV fans talking since the series got underway - and it seems that viewers all had the same response after watching episode two on Tuesday night.
Taking to social media, viewers were all in agreement that the show, while full of great performances from its leads Emily Watson and Denise Gough, is far bleaker than they imagined to the point where it was almost difficult to watch.

The two leads are very impressive and the whole thing understandably very dark. The adverts actually provide some well needed light relief.
