Three Windber High school students signed national letters of intent this afternoon three time district 5 singles champions Matthew Kozar will continue his tennis career at Saint Francis University.
Kylie Ashbrook and Natalie Buza are two best friends that grew up playing soccer. The two will stick together in college and play local, Ahsbrook and Buza both signed with the University of Pitt Johnstown
