Mornings high tide is expected to bring worse flooding. Concrete blocks new serve as a temporary barrier where a protective wall was washed away in last months storm. When we came out, everybody was calling me. I thought it was something that hit the building. A whole section of the building was down. They dont know how lucky they were that no one was hit. The bricks came loose because of the cold and snow. And the high winds blew them right off. The weather condition was crazy. To me, it must have been the weather, was really bad and caused it to come down. Umbrellas were no match for the punishing gusts of wind. The wind reeked havoc on 7th avenue and 39th street this morning where a glass table fell off a balcony and hit two women on the street. There as a woman crying. She had a lot of glass on her face fp. After getting breakfast when she saw the commotion. A 37yearold woman had an injured lip and a 26yearold woman had neck and back pain.
