On behalf of His Majesty the Sultan, HH Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers, on Monday received participants in the 15th meeting of the GCC attorneys general, hosted by the Sultanate of Oman.

The statement was made on Tuesday by the PPD during a press conference during which it released annual statistical indicators about claims, judicial action and numbers of suspects and verdicts. In reply to a question by Oman News Agency (ONA) about the status of employees expelled from their jobs and those unable to pay outstanding dues, the Attorney General, Nasr Khamis Al Sowa’ee, said that the PPD will never take action against any employees who lost their jobs because of the current adverse conditions.
