According to the prosecution, the convict told the residents of Bhainsa and Sadar village of Sagar district that he has a business of garments in Cambodia, Vietnam and Dubai and induced them to invest in a factory.
Logic behind the imprisonment spanning almost two centuries is that the court wanted to punish the convict, Nasir Mohammad in respect to each of his victims individually.
