Budgam, Srinagar, August 22 (Scoop News)- Syeed Fakhrudin Hamid today assumed charge as new Deputy Commissioner Budgam, while as outgoing DC Shahbaz Ahmed Mirza was accorded warm farewell by officers and officials during a welcome cum introductory meeting held at Conference Hall Budgam.
