Nasim Nicole Hamrang filed the claim for damages with Riverside County on Nov. 13, 2020.
In it, Hamrang accuses Hewitt of harassment while he was participating on a Skilled Nursing Facility Outreach Support, or an SOS team, on May 15, 2020.
The SOS teams were deployed to care facilities early in the pandemic to provide training and support.
Hamrang alleges that Hewitt sexually harassed her while she worked at a skilled nursing facility in Cherry Valley.
She said she suffered ongoing harassment and fear in retaliation from the harassment, according to the claim. The one-page document provided only a brief paragraph about the harassment, and did not detail the allegation further.
