McDonald’s Malaysia is introducing an improved recipe to its popular Nasi Lemak McD.
This customer favourite is now served with aromatic coconut rice infused with pandan leaves, accompanied by crispy anchovies, fresh cucumbers and fried egg, topped with spicy sweet sambal creating the perfect balance of sweet and savoury.
This recipe will be a permanent menu item enabling customers to enjoy the dish at any time of the day at all McDonald’s restaurants nationwide.
“As one of the most popular and beloved dishes in the country, we understand how much nasi lemak means to Malaysians, ” said McDonald’s Malaysia vice-president and chief marketing officer Melati Abdul Hai.
