Structures are located near on Eastland near Rosepepper
Two East Nashville office buildings near Rosepepper Cantina, one of which recently accommodated marketing and public relations firm The Callaway, have sold for $1.6 million.
Sitting within what some call the Walden district and sandwiched by Lockeland Springs and Eastwood, the two structures (pictured) offer an address of
2002 Eastland Ave. Their new owner is Memphis-based Pure Noise Holdings LLC, details for which the
Post was unable to determine.
The seller was Brentwood-based 2002 Eastland GP, a related entity of which paid $225,000 for the property (then a single-family home) in mid-2014 and redeveloped the lot with the two existing buildings. Dr. Enrique Arevalos, who specializes in diagnostic radiology and practices in West Nashville, managed the partnership.
