Clarksville Now CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Clarksville’s Finance and Budget Committee discussed Monday plans to sell a portion of land at Exit 8 to solar energy provider Silicon Ranch for a 15-megawatt facility.
