Nasar accused of setting free four detainees who allegedly killed man in Gojra
RAWALPINDI:
Rawalpindi Additional District and Sessions Judge Malik Ijaz Asif on Tuesday granted interim bail to the Airport police station’s assistant sub-inspector (ASI) who has been booked for allegedly colluding with the suspects nominated in a killing incident in Gojra.
The court barred the police from arresting the ASI until February 1, while summoning the complete record of the case at the next hearing.
ASI Nasar Hayat is accused of releasing detained suspects from the lock-up to carry out an offence and then locking them up again after they had committed the crime.
