Taking Flights, an international cocktail bar collaboration series. Since international travel is not really happening these days Bar Marilou is bringing some of the world’s best bars to New Orleans. Each month, Bar Marilou and the international restaurant/bar group Quixotic Project will feature cocktails from favorite bars in a specific city. Through the end of
March, Quixotic’s hometown of
Paris will be featured. After that there will be month-long explorations of London, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Singapore.
