बार्सिलोना । एनआरएनए स्पेनको सातौँ अधिवेशनबाट अध्यक्षमा शालिकराम डुम्रे विजयी बनेका छन् । अध्यक्षका अर्का प्रत्यासी उत्तरकुमार राईलाई १५५ मतान्तरले पराजित गर्दै डुम्रे निर्वाचित भएका हुन्। डुम्रेले एक हजार १८ मत प्राप्त गरे भने राईले ८६३ मत प्राप्त गरेको निर्वाचन समितिले जनाएको छ ।
