In January 1973, a group of East Taylor Township volunteer firefighters entered the waters of Cambria County with a mission. They were the divers of the East Taylor Scuba Team.
Vintondale House Fire
Officials say three people were injured when flames broke out at a Vintondale home Wednesday.
According to Cambria County 911, the fire was reported around 10:30 a.m. on the 100 block of 5th Street.
Crews that responded included Vintondale Fire, Nanty Glo Fire, Jackson Twp Fire & EMS, Colver Fire, Dauntless Fire, West Taylor Fire, Blacklick Valley EMS, Ebensburg EMS, Conemaugh Valley EMS and Dart Medic.
Officials say the three people who were injured were taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, although they did not confirm how severe their injuries are.
