Considering she wasn't an avid reader growing up, Annie Totten might not be the first person you'd think would establish a literary-based nonprofit organization.

Margie Bell Wallington-Penny WILLIAMSBURG For His purpose and way, once again, God came into our family circle and took our precious loved one, Mrs. Margie Bell Wallington-Penny, 94, into the “land of glory” for eternal rest Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020. Her life began April 30, 1926, daughter of the late Johnny Wallington and Nannie Totten. She was educated in the Caswell County Public Schools. A longtime resident of Williamsburg, she was employed by Town and Country Laundry and Eastern State Hospital, from where she retired. She was a faithful member of The Testament Church of our Lord Jesus Christ of Apostolic Faith. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a kind and sweet person who loved the Lord.
