Systur Nönnu Rósu voru Helga Ruth, f. 3.4. 1928, d. 8.2. 2005, Ásdís Sólveig, f. 3.4. 1928, d. 12.2. 1997. Nanna Rósa giftist 13.4. 1963 Tryggva Jónssyni, vélvirkja og verkstjóra, f. 11.3. 1925, d. 28.7. 2014, í Vestmannaeyjum. Þau bjuggu allan sinn búskap að Brekkugötu 9 í Vestmannaeyjum.
