Inox Green Energy Services (IGESL) has announced its divestment of a 100% stake in Nani Virani Wind Energy Private Limited SPV, a 50 MW operational wind farm in Gujarat. The move is part of IGESL s strategic decision to become debt-free and shift towards an asset-light annuity O&M business. The transaction is subject to regulatory and banking approvals.
