Adamyk was initiated at Florida State University. Norman wore a tiara and waved to family and friends who drove by with beautiful signs and happy music, the email said. She graduated from Citra High School, where she played softball and basketball and accompanied the school chorus on piano, the email said. Norman majored in education at Florida Southern College in Lakeland and was teaching in Auburndale when one of her students introduced her to his brother, John Norman, who had just returned home from the Navy.
