Commemoration at the naval cemetery in vallejo. This is the oldest Military Cemetery on the west coast. The hyundai driver asked the guy to back up explaining he had a baby on board. Then the most frightening moment. They try to get past them and saw something get lifted up and his window shattered and got really scared because it was unexpected window shatter.
