DALLAS, Jan. 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Texas Capital Bank, N.A., and its parent company Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCBI), collectively referred to herein as “Texas Capital Bank,” today announced executive leadership appointments, effective immediately, to enhance the Company’s depth of talent and support long-term strategy development.
Nancy McDonnell has been appointed to the newly created position of Executive Vice President, Head of Treasury Services. In this role, Ms. McDonnell will lead all aspects of Texas Capital Bank’s treasury and liquidity businesses. Ms. McDonnell brings three decades
Nancy McDonnell had been watching her husband, David, and others operating
vintage construction equipment at antique machine shows, and she decided it was time she had a turn.
After a local search in the late 1990s, the Germantown, Ohio, couple found a 1956 Caterpillar D4 dozer. It was in rough shape, so they looked at another D4 of the same era. It also had problems.
“And my husband said, ‘You know, everything that’s good on this one is bad on the other one, and everything that’s bad on this one is good on the other one,’” Nancy recalls. “So we ended up buying both of them and putting them together.”

OGLESBY Illinois Valley Community College cybersecurity program coordinator Nancy McDonnell presented “Cybersecurity Today” live via Zoom to about 30 small business owners and staff last month. McDonnell’s presentation, sponsored in partnership with district chambers of commerce, focused on what businesses can do to thwart cyberattack.
“The basic premise is, if it connects to the internet, it can be hacked,” McDonnell warned, adding, “It can be breached if you don’t take precautions.”
Cyberattacks cost businesses an average of $200,000 to $320,000 and 43 percent target small business, she said. However, 60 percent of small businesses have no plan and 60 percent fold within six months of an attack.
Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Nancy McDonnell declined to clear the courtroom, and after about a 15-minute delay, the hearing continued.
McDonnell accepted a jury s recommendation that Madison, 38, receive the death penalty. She could have instead chosen to sentence Madison to life in prison without parole. McDonnell said the horrific nature of Madison s crimes far outweighed evidence presented to spare him, including an abusive and chaotic childhood.
The same jury convicted Madison last month of multiple counts of aggravated murder and kidnapping.
Madison didn t make any statements during Thursday s hearing except to answer questions posed by the judge. Defense attorney David Grant declined to comment after the hearing.
