At the beginning of this virus pandemic, I could not imagine that my mother of 97 years old would survive. Isolation and living in a nursing home would be very hard to keep up her good health. Not having in person visits with our mother from March until September was maybe harder for me that her, due to the staff of Arbors. The nursing staff kept close eye on all medical needs, and the personal care aides were there to keep her company, help answer her phone, even receive and send text messages with photos. The housekeeping department did above the current needs to keep the rooms and all areas clean, sanitized and free from the virus. The unsung heroes are also the laundry department, keeping all the residents clothing clean and returned promptly to their rooms. My mother enjoyed her 98th birthday last September and was even allowed in the parking lot so we could serve her cake in person. My gratitude to Arbors of Marietta for keeping their staff and residents virus free
