The completion of the roadworks in the Northern Division are subject to weather.
Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) is requesting Haulage companies to abide the 10T restriction on Laqere Bridge on Tabia road.
FRA is working to open the bus routes but will only allow operation once the roads are deemed safe for use.
Motorists are advised to please drive to the conditions on secondary roads as there are still a lot of silt and debris on the roads.
All works are subject to weather.
FRA is urging members of the public to contact the FRA on toll free number 5720 if they have any queries.

Members of the public in the North are advised to take caution when crossing low-lying bridges as more rain is forecasted for the division this week.
Commissioner Northern Uraia Rainima said roading infrastructure in the division had all opened for operation while two bridges were flooded because of heavy rain that took over the division last weekend.
Mr Rainima said if this weather continued, more crossings in low-lying areas would be vulnerable to flooding.
“Two bridges in Namuavoivoi and Daria were under water again on Monday due to the heavy rain we received over the weekend,” he said.
