Mumbai: Dips and sauces maker Wingreens Farms has acquired cash-strapped cold-pressed juices startup Raw Pressery, sources close to the development said, heralding a significant consolidation move in the consumer brands sector.
The Wingreens-Raw Pressery deal, done at a valuation of Rs 100-Rs 110 crore, is a share swap for investors, with the founders cashing out, they said, without providing additional details.
