Ooredoo commercially launched its 5G services in Maldives on December 20.
Ooredoo Maldives celebrated the beginning of the new era with a special event attended by Minister of Communication, Science & Technology Mohamed Maleeh, Minister of Economic Development Fayyaz Ismail, Chief Executive of CAM Ilyas Ahmed, Chief Technology Officer at the President s Office Hamid Shafeeu, as well as Chairman Andrew Kvalseth, the Board of Directors and employees of Ooredoo Maldives.
Communications Minister Maleeh officially launched the Ooredoo 5G services, the initial rollout of which covers a large percentage of capital Male including key business hubs, hospitals and public spaces.
