Palestine confirms 17 coronavirus deaths, 1639 new infections

RAMALLAH, Sunday, December 13, 2020 (WAFA) – A total of 17 deaths from coronavirus, 1639 new infections and 1987 recoveries were registered across the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip during the last 24 hours, according to Minister of Health Mai Alkaila.
She said in her daily coronavirus report that 11 people and five others died from the novel virus in the occupied West Bank in the Gaza Strip respectively during the last 24 hours.
Of the West Bank new coronavirus cases, 163 were in the Jenin district, 245 in Nablus, 168 in Hebron, 253 in Ramallah, 127 in Tulkarm, 85 in Bethlehem, 52 in Qalqilia, 31 in Tubas, 29 in Salfit, 18 in Jericho, and 62 in Jerusalem suburbs.
