The death of the 4 soldiers came as China and India fought in the Galwan Valley on June 15, 2020.
China confirmed this for the first time in the PLA Daily for the first time.
It relates to a shared 2,100 mile-long de facto border called the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
China has acknowledged that four of its troops were killed during a mountain border clash with India last summer for the first time.

Shannon Stevens was at a remote yurt on Chilkat Lake, 17 miles from Haines, Alaska, AP reported.
Stevens, her brother, and his girlfriend discovered bear tracks in the nearby area, the Independent said.
A man was mauled by a brown bear in the same area earlier this month, KHNS reported.
A woman said she believed she had her butt bitten by a bear while using an outhouse in backcountry Alaska.

In the memoir, released this week, he wrote that Bannon believed Trump was suffering from early-stage dementia and that there was a real possibility he would be removed from office by the 25th Amendment.
