Towering pylons which have been part of the North Somerset skyline for decades will start to be dismantled this month - to make way for a new power line.
Existing pylons owned by Western Power Distribution (WPD) on a section between Nailsea and Portishead will start to be removed to make way for a new 400,000 volt power line being installed as part of the Hinkley Connection Project.
