We learned back in May 2020 with the arrival of the fifth volume of
Megami-ryo no Ryobo-kun that the series is getting an anime adaptation. With no details at the time, the project has now been detailed to reveal that Shunsuke Nakashige will be directing it based on the scripts supervised by Masashi Suzuki. Maiko Okada is on board with the character designs and animation production is being handled by asread.
