Our CorrespondentDiphu, June 25 (EMN): Diphu Lekhika Samaroh Samitee (DLSS), women organisation of Diphu town, gave away Rashmee Kropi Memorial Award to two students of Diphu town, who achieved the highest percentage in HSLC 2022, during an award function held at Dr. Mamoni Raisom Goswami Bhawan of DLSS in Diphu. The award was constituted by Dr. Badan Ch. Kro and Geetanjali Das Kro in memory of their late daughter Rashmee Kropi under Rashmee Kropi Memorial Trust. Their daughter Rashmee Kropi died due to cancer at an adolescent age while pursuing her higher secondary on April 12, 2001. The award is given away by DLSS. The award is given to one student from amongst the non-schedule tribe community and one from amongst the scheduled tribe community securing the highest marks respectively from Diphu examination centres.
