Dimapur, July 6 (EMN): A state-level committee has been constituted for coordination and necessary logistic arrangement for the upcoming Chess Olympiad Torch Relay to be held at Kohima on July 11. The committee will consist of Addl. Secretary, Youth Resources and Sports as nodal officer; representatives of Home Commissioner, AHOD, Transport Department, and AHOD IPR; Director, YR; Director, IPR; Deputy Commissioner, Kohima; Senior Superintendent of Police Kohima; Chief Medical Officer, Kohima; President, Nagaland Chess Association/Representative; Mughaho Awomi, AICF venue in-charge; Director i/c NYKS; State NSS officer; District Public Relations Officer, Kohima as members; and Joint Secretary, YRS as member secretary. The meeting of all the members is scheduled to be held on July 7 at 12 noon in the office chamber of the secretary, Youth Resources and Sports, an update from DIPR informed.
