An update from NTS issued on Nov. 22 informed that, the ‘Naga Thali Challenge’ with theme ‘Dangerously Delicious,’ is being held to promote and put the spotlight on the unique Naga cuisine to help boost tourism and present Nagaland as a unique destination. The event will pit champion eaters against one another in their bid to finish a huge ethnic Naga meal consisting of generous helpings of rice, meat, King Chilli, etc. in the fastest possible time.
